1. Estimates, not tax advice

Our tools calculate estimates based on the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 and the information you enter. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for checking results and for your filings and remittances. For official filing, consult your tax authority or a qualified tax professional. ProjectFirm is independent and not affiliated with the Nigeria Revenue Service or any State Internal Revenue Service.

2. Free calculator

The calculator is free to use. Its pages may show advertising.

3. Employer subscriptions

• Plans are priced by the number of staff on your payroll: up to 20 staff ₦5,000/month; 21–100 staff ₦10,000/month; 101–500 staff ₦30,000/month; more than 500 staff ₦50,000/month. Yearly plans cost 10 times the monthly price.
• Free trial: new accounts get 2 months free, limited to one trial per account and per employer TIN.
• No automatic renewal: each payment covers the period you choose. Your plan ends when that period ends unless you pay again. Paying early adds time to your current plan.
• Payments are processed by Paystack in Nigerian naira.
• Prices may change. Changes won't affect a period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

If you were charged in error, or the service didn't work as described, contact us within 7 days of payment and we'll review your request. Approved refunds are made through Paystack.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to bypass payment or trial limits, interfere with the service, or use another person's account. Each subscription is for the employer that purchased it.

6. Availability

We work to keep the site available and accurate but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and calculations, for example when tax rules change.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ProjectFirm is not liable for losses arising from reliance on estimates, errors in data you provide, or delays in filing or remittance. Our total liability for a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
