ProjectFirm Tax Tools helps Nigerians understand the new tax rules that took effect on 1 January 2026 under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025, and helps employers prepare accurate monthly PAYE schedules.

What we offer

Free tax calculator for salary earners (PAYE), the self-employed, freelancers and remote workers paid from abroad, and companies. It shows tax, take-home pay and the effective tax rate, with a step-by-step breakdown.

Employer PAYE Schedule (paid, with a 2-month free trial) for employers and accountants. Upload your payroll in any layout and get a complete schedule: every employee's PAYE, totals, a summary by state of residence, and Excel or PDF downloads. It handles staff who join or leave during the year, pay changes and year-to-date figures.

How we keep it accurate

Calculations follow the 2026 personal income tax bands, reliefs and company tax rules in the Nigeria Tax Act 2025. Before each release, we test the results against independently worked examples. Tax rules can change, and individual situations vary, so results are estimates for planning. For official filing, confirm with your tax authority or a tax professional.
